This home's height and placement in the building closest to the water affords breathtaking views of the sunsets, beach, azure gulf waters, sweeping coastline and the Beach Colony Resort pool, the largest on Navarre Beach, as well as views of Navarre Beach's Famous Fishing Pier! Gracious living areas let on to an oversized terrace that beckons you to relax outdoors and enjoy memorable sunsets, gentle gulf breezes and outdoor living at its best on the beach.

Purchased from the original owner, this is a first time offering for the rental market. From the spectacular 12th floor view to the luxurious accommodations, your family or group of friends will have the makings of a truly memorable vacation.

We have completed two full years of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

Wonderful week in Navarre. The condo was clean and well maintained. The mattresses were excellent! The condo was beautiful and the furniture on the balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf.

We had the absolute best stay at this property! It was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked. The view is absolutely incredible and the included beach chairs and umbrella were such a nice perk. The host was very responsive and had excellent recommendations. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

Wonderful vacation experience. The location, property conditions and condo are all very nice. We had a great time! The daily beach chairs with umbrella is a fantastic bonus. The balcony is delightfully and spacious with amazing views. Perfect condo layout for everyone to have space and privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of restaurants and activities. We chartered a boat one day, visited a Fort, the turtle conservation, walked the pier and grilled out some. Book it!

Family trip

We loved our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect for relaxing. Beach was perfect and just a short walk away, we also enjoyed the pool. This was our first trip to Navarre and I would definitely come back. Terry, the host provided all the info we needed and parking was easy.

We stayed her for a week and absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in alot of VRBO places and this one is at the top. You have everything you need and there is a closet outside that has all the beach items you could want. Terry was communicative and even gave us a tip on where to get the freshest seafood!If we come back to Navarre, I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo and views!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family and the balcony views were amazing. The owner was wonderful! He even let us know about possible traffic issues due to the air show and let us arrive early to avoid traffic! We hope to return next year!

Absolutely top notch host! This is our third year in this unit and we continue to be impressed with everything about our stay. Owner goes well above what is expected. Highly recommended for the best beach on the coast. I could go on with so much more, but bottom line is you need to try it to believe it. Great job.

This was our 3 rd year staying in Terrys unit.He was very communicative and the space was impeccable as usual. Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate appliances and we loved that. View from balcony is stunning. We took walks to Navarre pier a few times, it was great to see anglers catch. We will try to book 4th year again. Thanks Terry for being a great host!

Beautiful Place in Navarre

My family had a great week. The condo is stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed both the beach and pool which never felt too crowded. If you’re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is your place. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

We rented this condo for a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The Condo was very clean and well furnished. Beautiful view of the ocean, and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony every morning and drink coffee, listening to the ocean. The Condo Complex is very nice, with fast elevators, plenty of parking, a nice pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Really good seafood in Navarre as well - we liked the "where ya at" local restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the first time my family and I have stayed at a “high-rise” condo. We been coming to Navarre for our family vacation since 2021 and have stayed all up and down the Beach, but never at a condo, Previously we had always stayed at the a townhouse or house on the beach gulf side which I was very partial to, since we were so close to the water, however this Beach Colony east condo was a wonderful experience that completely changed my mind. Here’s a few of the experiences we loved.The kids loved the pool. I loved the 12th story views of the Gulf and the sound, especially for the 250th fireworks(which is the reason I booked this unit specifically). The elevator is great! We all know how many stairs there are with waterfront properties, but not here due to the elevator… it was almost too easy to enjoy!The condo was fitted out excellently with high quality cookware and appliances.The balcony furniture is very comfortable with enough seating to accommodate up to seven people comfortably. Our Host Terry was very accommodating and responsive. His “preflight” email answered all my “first time condo” before I even needed to ask. The beach seating and umbrella service was a wonderful accommodation which we utilized daily. Navarre Beach never disappoints and the condo is amazing. Literally nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful. 10/10 recommendation. We can’t wait to return again!

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was beautiful and was stocked with everything you can think of! The commination with the owner was fantastic! I could live on the back patio area and it was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast every morning! We will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for us and my two adult children and their spouses! Looking so forward to our next stay!!

Beautiful Condo

My grown daughters and I were very impressed with the facilities. There was plenty of space with comfortable fuirniture and any appliance you might need. The beach chair setup and contents in outside closet was a bonus. One of the best condos we have stayed in during many rentals on the gulf coast.

Thanksgiving in Navarre...as usual!

We enjoy Navarre and have since the late 1990's! Over the years we have stayed in various condos and/or houses and it has become our home away from home which is Lexington, KY.This particular unit is exceptional and the owner is so easy to communicate with and rent from. The weather was amazing during our stay and the fishing was just as incredible.We will likely be back next year!
