-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present (we have a large dog crate available for your use!)

-Dogs are up to date on all flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)

-3-4 cars can fit in the driveway and there is room for one car to park in front of the home.

We loved that this property was pet-friendly and had a fenced in back yard. We were in the area for our daughters wedding so we stayed busy and did not cook in but the kitchen seemed to have all that you would need.

Be aware the neighborhood is not quiet. The neighbors have 2 roosters. A lot of street noise from neighboring road. The house is adorable and the decorating was very nice. Very clean bedding. Firm mattresses.

Lovely Lynchburg Home

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. House is comfy cozy. Kitchen well stocked, love the fenced in yard and beds are very comfy. Owner is a pleasure to deal with.

The house was clean and fit our needs. The neighbor’s roosters crowing every morning at 5:45am prevent me from endorsing this property. This is not the property owner’s fault but should be known if staying here.

Home away from home

The home was perfect for visiting my daughter who attends LU. I was able to host them at the house for a home-cooked meal and game night! The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked.

The place was clean and had everything you could need to stay. We stayed a week but we could have stayed longer if time permitted. You are not far from stores food/Walmart or even a mall. There is lots of things to do in this area. The owners are very nice and quick to respond

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful experience at Hilltop. The home is nicely furnished and would be great for families with young kids (did not apply to us). We will certainly look at this being our first choice when visiting Lynchburg again!

Highly recommend !!!

We came to town for a trip to Liberty University (only 6 minutes away) and this place was Absolutely Amazing !!! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, toiletries, and the added touch of coffee K-cups and snacks ! The host was very fast to respond and was so helpful with our trip. Great neighborhood and close to everything ! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area

This is a must stay!

This home is in an older, quiet neighborhood. It has been beautifully renovated and is comfortable and spacious. Furniture and decorations are lovely and make this home feel very up-to-date and new. I would stay here in a heartbeat again if ever in the area. It was very convenient to Liberty University and to plenty of restaurants. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well. 5 Star Property across the board.

Cute house with everything you need’

This house was very clean and beautifully decorated. They even had a crib for our baby and a little art station for our five year old. The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! They had very nice little touches like a well stocked coffee station, makeup wipes, and full size laundry detergent! Extremely easy check in and great communication!

Perfect For Our Family

We stayed her while we were visiting our daughter who attends LU. The proximity to campus was perfect for us and we also appreciated how close the grocery store was. We enjoyed sitting together in the living room and watching TV as well as hanging out on the deck. We all agreed the beds were super comfortable and we slept so well during our stay. We also appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and K Cups. We’d definitely stay here again on future visits!

Exactlt as advertised

Second time staying at the property and will definitely consider staying again if we are in town. We had an issue with a strong storm blowing down part of the fence and the HVAC cutting out. The host was very fast to respond and both issues were completely corrected within 12 hours, even though it was Easter Sunday! House is clean, location is central to everything and communication was clear. Highly recocomend!

As advertised

House was well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy, house was spotless. It's about 8 minutes from downtown, 3 minutes to University of Lynchburg & 10 minutes from Liberty, central to anywhere you need to go in town. You will need to drive everywhere you go but you won't have the noise that comes with staying downtown. Hosts were very accommodating when we asked if we could have our son and some teammates over for dinner (bending the "no guest rule") which we greatly appreciated. Nice fenced yard with a deck for the dog to play in while we watched. Will definitely consider staying here again when bringing the dog along for the trip.

Great house!Fenced in back yard w/new fence was great for our dogs. Responsive hosts. Very nice linens! Clean home with nice decor & updates. Driveway is a little steep, and there is a rooster next door, so expect a wake up call if you’re sleeping in the primary bedroom.
