WGI 2025

Home is as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities necessary in a home away from home. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Room for all and really appreciate a tv in the bedrooms. Host was quick to respond to questions also. Definitely keep this location in mind for our next visit to Dayton for WGI.

Very nice stay. Guess we have a place to stay in the future when we go to Eldora. We r not going to camp out and hotels are too expensive and nasty. This place was very quiet and everything worked!

Quiet & Private

Stayed here with 3 kids while in town for a family event. Would absolutely stay here again! We are “country folk” who value QUIET, and this property delivered. Except for the occasional vehicle, kids playing, or distant siren, it was extremely peaceful. My kids LOVED the huge, enclosed, private back-yard! I appreciate the off-street parking and lack of neighbors. The house was simply and tastefully decorated with a mix of new and pre-owned furniture. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were well-equipped with new appliances and everything we needed. The house was clean and the yard and driveway are well maintained. Note that the house is located in a low-income neighborhood, so there has been minimal investment in remodeling. But for us it was a great location near family.
