The complex pool is gated and private from public access. The private beach is also gated and secured. You will find all you need for beach or pool comfort and play, in the condo along with Beach chairs, some sand toys, boogie boards, and a shoulder strap cooler to enjoy refreshments on the sand or at the pool. Tennis courts and shuffleboard will add to your fun as well. So many great restaurants just a short drive away. Publix (grocery store) is right across the street for your convenience.
