Our stay was amazing! We had planed to go out more. But after getting there, we decided to stay on the property most of the time! The beach was great! The pools were great! We had a great weekend thanks to being at this location! Looking to book again next year!

Such a beautiful condo - we absolutely loved it! So clean, everything was fresh and new. We had 5 women and had more than enough space for everyone. The balcony is also perfect and nice and large. The weather was also perfect for our short stay, several enjoyed the pool and the beach was just what we needed. Would love to come back.

The reception area was very nice, with multiple seating areas, a coffee bar, snack machine area, and a gift shop. But the best part of it all was the friendly and helpful receptionist, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.The parking garage was convenient, and the elevator was clean, fast, and smooth—always a plus when traveling with a large group!The lazy river and water slide were a huge hit with everyone, and the beach was absolutely perfect! 🏖️🌊 We loved having everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family getaway.Trip organizer tip: Take advantage of pre-arranging your beach chairs, restaurant reservations, and activities. It made our stay so much easier and allowed us to spend more time enjoying our vacation.We absolutely loved our time at PHOENIX GULF SHORES II and would definitely recommend it for a family vacation! ❤️🌴

The unit was excellent! To be noted there is no ramp to the beach to pull a beach cart or wheelchair. You have to carry your cart up and down steep steps to the beach. Also the boardwalk is VERY narrow and gets congested when trying to wash off feet.
