Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, located only 15 min to Colorado Spring & 30 min to S Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines with views to die for. You might see wildlife walking by while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket. First bottle of wine on us! Hiking trails are minutes drive from the cabin. Make sure to relax & make lots of memories.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all towels and start the first load of laundry.
Stripped bedding can be put in a pile infront of the washer and dryer in hallway.. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no climbing on any of the rocks on property. Smoking - No smoking of any kind allowed in house or on property.
— Hot tub - DO NOT PUT ANY FORM OF SOAP IN THE HOT TUB!! An extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

I absolutely am in love with Colorado and all it has to offer, hiking, mountain biking, camping and so much more. The beauty and the seasons are hard to beat anywhere else. This is why I settled in the area with my wife Stefanie and our three kiddos.

Why they chose this property

This is a peaceful area with lots that range from 2.5 acres to 15 acres and is located on the Palmer Divide, making it close to nature yet you are close to everything you will want to explore in the area.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique as it is so close to Denver and Colorado Springs and all the amenities you need yet you feel like you are secluded in the mountains.
