Colorado Country Home (Black Forest)

Home Description
This is a charming farmhouse from top to bottom! As you enter into your home away from home, you'll see an elaborate vaulted ceiling with wood beams that allow the natural sunlight to flow throughout the first and second levels. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances with the cooktop center of the island allowing that chef in the family to cook hibachi-style! You'll have full access to the new washer/dryer set. The loft area has a nice cozy couch that pulls out into a queen bed.

The Property
There's a vaulted ceiling with a two-story sized electric fireplace. Above the fireplace is the 55" Smart LG TV. Free WIFI in the home that allows you to sign into your own personal Netflix/Hulu Accounts. The 5 acres surrounding this home has a fenced stall and turnout area for guest traveling with their animals!

Guest access
Guests have the freedom to walk the entire fenced-in area of the property. We do not allow access to the outbuildings on the property which are regularly maintained by the owner.

Amenity Upgrade:
We have just recently upgraded our property to include a spa tub. This offers our guest additional options for enjoying the great outdoors all year around from a relaxing heated spa tub.

This home has huge windows for all that necessary natural light to come flooding in. At night we even host an owl or two that bring a sense of the great outdoors in close. Even more, you may even catch our herd of deer traveling through the property from time to time. Best of all is catching a slight breeze and taking a moment to watch the trees sway gently side to side.
