Everything was great, from the pictures to the actual place in person. Clean and neat.Only issue was the refrigerator, it was not working when we got there. Contacted the host with the company, gave the refrigerator 24 hours to try to work and lost some food in the process, which was a suggestion from the company. Someone came quickly to work on it as soon as they realized it was not working appropriately. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend.

Fantastic view & Amenities

Absolutely stunning views. The property was well-maintained and easily felt like home away from home. The property had a beach theme and was a very comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the beach and the pool. Loved being able to wash our beach towels and appreciated the little touches of home.

Overall the condo was wonderful for what we needed. It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. There are a few things that need to be fixed though. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom had mold on it, the refrigerator would not get cold and the freezer didn’t keep the ice cream frozen and the chute where the ice came out had mold on it. The coffee maker worked but the lid was broken. If those issues were addressed I would give the condo a 10 out of 10 rating.

This condo is wonderful! We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this one is absolutely one of the best. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful, and very comfortable, the kitchen has all of the dishes and extras to make your stay easy and the washer and dryer in the unit was so very convenient to have. But really the shining star is the view from the balcony!! We were able to see dolphins on many of the days we stayed, we were able to watch sunrise and sunset (early January) and we were able to watch the coast guard helicopters fly over everyday.We would absolutely love to stay again.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was perfect for our family. Spacious, great location and indoor pool were a plus. Building maintenance was a bit rude and didn’t communicate some garage painting that was happening but I don’t fault the owners for that. Would stay here again!

Prompt and precise communication before and during stay. Beautiful balcony with beach view. All room were updated and clean upon arrival. Easy parking access. Easy beach access. Good location near many restaurants and activities.

Beautiful Condo & Views! Easy access to Beach & Pool....very clean! All amenities provided in Kitchen, Laundry, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Some difficulty with TV access due to not being able to access Prime. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Great Getaway

Have always enjoyed staying at Regency Isle. I typically have booked at least a 3 bedroom condo, but this trip only a two bedroom was necessary for a quick girls’ getaway. The check in process was seamless and the management company was very communicative. The condo was absolutely spotless and it was apparent that much thought was given to the decor. Have already booked again for my return trip in October.

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location!

Amazing condo, I'd book this particular unit again and again! Perfect size, perfect location, easy 2 minute walk onto beach, grills, great pool and more. And the mattresses in the bedrooms were nicer than what we have at home! Only thing is DO NOT go early thinking you will get in a second before the 4pm listed check in time. I've stayed at other condos where they were ready and willing to let us in a few hours before the technical start, but this place does not budge. I wish they would not have even sent regular texts stating"we will let you know if your room is ready earlier" - it gave false hope that there may be some leeway and there was none and it was clear the resort was not packed and our room was ready well before the 4pm, but oh well, the rules did say 4. Other than that it was fabulous!
