We look forward to hosting you in our brand-new 5-bedroom 5½-bath luxury custom built mountain home. Enjoy the open floor plan with incredible views of the Smoky Mountains from this cabin nestled in the heart of Thunder Mountain and designed for you and your family to make memories together. It provides a peaceful escape from your everyday life with endless and breathtaking mountain views – including Mount Leconte – from all 5 bedrooms, the great room, game room, and loft. And there are no scary mountain roads or tight switchbacks to navigate to get here!

You will love the many opportunities you have to relax and enjoy the theater, game room, very well-equipped kitchen, five spacious bedrooms with views (and upgraded mattresses and mattress pads), two cozy gas fireplaces, and over 2000 square feet of outdoor space on the main and lower-level decks – not to mention a front porch for endless views while breathing in the fresh mountain air. You might even decide to unwind after a long day in a more tranquil setting at either the wood burning fire pit with a view of the mountain ridge or soaking in the roomy six-seat hot tub. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong.

Moonlight Mountain Ridge is situated in a beautiful area close enough to provide easy access to nearby destinations but removed enough to provide the space and peace you need on vacation to rejuvenate and recharge. With plentiful and easily-accessible parking, this will be a perfect home base whether you decide to take a trip into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, head to Dollywood or Splash Country, or venture to what we call the “Peaceful Side of the Smokies” in Townsend, where you can float down the river, check out the Wye, or have dinner at one of the popular food and/or drink destinations like Peaceful Side Social, Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, or Company Distilling. No matter your destination for the day, Moonlight Mountain Ridge will be waiting on you when you return and will not disappoint.

Family and friends can enjoy all the amenities Moonlight Mountain Ridge has to offer. Sunsets are to be enjoyed in the front of the house, and the “Moonlight Mountain Ridge” comes to life in the back of the house with gorgeous views of the moon and stars on clear nights. The lower level of the home brings a whole bunch of fun for the entire family. You will find a TV mounted above the indoor fireplace in the game room, where you can play 60+ games on the free-standing arcade system, shoot some pool, play cards on the pub table, or challenge each other to a game of shuffleboard. You may want to sit in a comfy chair in the movie room and watch a movie or show on the 65” TV. If that’s not enough, just outside the game room, on the lower deck, you will find space for cornhole and Giant Jenga. As amazing as the interior of the cabin is, the exterior will leave you breathless. The decks on the cabin are open and spacious with seating for the entire family to relax and reflect on the day's activities. If you just want to unwind from a busy day, you will be right at home in the hot tub, wooden swing on the back porch, numerous rocking chairs, or sitting by a real-wood fire at the fire pit. Once you settle in, you will have plenty to do and you may not want to leave.

If what you want is a home where everyone has their own space and a room with a view, you cannot go wrong with Moonlight Mountain Ridge. Each bedroom has the same endless mountain views, as well as upgraded mattresses and mattress pads – and sound machines to enhance your relaxation. And all bedrooms, the great room, game room, and theater have Dish Network satellite service (“America’s Top 200”) and Smart TVs with access to streaming services (streaming accounts not provided). Internet is provided, with WiFi access throughout the home.
