You will be delighted to stay at this centrally-located, stylish getaway. Situated on the hillside of Anderson Point, Brewer’s Bay, 60ft above the white sandy beaches- you can take a forrest foot trail to the sparkling waters of the caribbean sea within 5 minutes. If you love to explore, you will find the entry to one of the islands national parks within 1 minute from our driveway. Bring the kids as there are netted hammocks below the avocado trees and a wooden playhouse. For your comfort there is AC throughout the space, large balcony with sitting and dining areas to take in the sunset views. Luxury bedding and linens provided and a full kitchen complete with dishwasher and modern appliances.

Wonderful stay and beautiful view!

Absolutely delightful host that was super accommodating (cannot emphasize this enough)! Listing is a bit further from Road Town than we thought it would be but the views more than make up for it!

Beautiful stay at Sunset Villa!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. Our host, Heather, was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had and gave us excellent names for taxi drivers to bring us to and from the villa. The private path to the beach is a semi-difficult (but not long) hike , but so worth it! Our littlest needed help going down, but our bigger kids enjoyed the adventure of it! Would recommend purchasing/bringing groceries and preparing your food at the villa as there is little nearby in terms of commerce. For us, this was a huge plus as our stay was extremely private & peaceful. Heather has equipped the kitchen well and we had everything we needed to make delicious meals in the villa.

Sunset Villa is situated on the lush hillside of beautiful Brewer's Bay, one of Tortola's quietest beaches. Just 5 minutes walk from the property is Shark Bay National Park, most well known for the beautiful 'Bat Caves' hike. The views are stunning, the nature is lush, and the private foot path to the beach makes the beach feel like your own.

What makes this property unique

The property has a private foot path leading to a secluded & quiet beach, not easily accessible by those who do not have private access. From the property you have stunning views of the bay, while inside the space is spacious, well lit, newly renovated and equipped with air conditioning in every room.
