House with air conditioning and ceiling fans, parking space for 2 cars, 2 suites with accommodation for up to 8 people (studying), new and 30 cm high double mattresses, Ortobom brand, living room, kitchen, balcony and balcony, area service with private barbecue. Quiet location, near Shopping Monjolo, approximately 400 meters from the beach, or 5 minutes walk. House delivered clean and musty, with 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
