Walk 0.5 miles to Spring Lake Train Station. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq. 3 bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds) can sleep up to 6. 2 Full bathrooms, one with claw footed tub to soak and another with walk in shower. Linens included. Comfortable living room and dining areas.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return 2 beach badges on key rack next to side door, to avoid lost badge fee. $110 per badge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 2 cars allowed to park on left side of driveway. Shared driveway with tenant in back house. No street parking overnight.

Great location and great beach town

House was just as described and host was an excellent communicator and help! House was a short walk to an excellent beach and to a very quaint downtown. If you have more than 2 people you need to bring extra beach chairs and purchase extra beach passes. Would definitely like to come back.
