Any gathering for more than 20+ people requires approval from the owner and a special permit from the township. It is guest's responsibility to obtain such permit, and present it to the owner prior to booking.

Local stores like Walgreen and Stop & Shop are less than 10 minutes away by car. If you are flying and need linens and blankets please let us know in advance and we can make arrangements for your convenience.
