Family Retreat! New Kitchen, Large Deck!

This home is located in a beautiful community on the city's Northwest side of town. We have a two car garage, can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway and street parking is permissible. Sea World of San Antonio is just 4 miles away and quick access to Highway 151 via Westover Hills will get you downtown or to Lackland AFB with ease!

Sleeping Accommodations: this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed. One of the guest rooms also has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed set with a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another twin size trundle underneath. If you would like, you can bring in your own air mattresses; the Family Room is large enough to rearrange the furniture and easily fit a couple of air mattresses.

Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

Air Force Graduation Visit

Perfect place to stay and visit our daughter graduating from the Air Force. It is within the loop, perfect for rest, relaxation and family dinner. I highly recommend and plan to stay again if in the area. Everything needed and more was provided.

Great home for your San Antonio visit. Close to HEB and Walmart for easy shopping. House was clean and owner was great to work with! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Even went on a walk and met friendly neighbors along the way. I highly recommend this property!

Clean and updated

Clean place throughout, updated Kitchen, Garage space to park cars if needed. Large back deck and BBQ. Nice area and close to shops and grocery stores. Would stay here again for sure.

This is our 2nd time staying here, we love it, always cleaned, has what we need to start us off with, until we can go to store. A/C works wonderful, love the backyard, nice to hang out there and BBQ. The Host Carlos is awesome, anytime I didn't know how to do something he would call me fast. He really wants you to be happy with your stay, he is the reason why we keep staying here, besides the house be great place.the only thing would be nice is to have ceiling fans in rooms, or fans lol when doors are closed it does it hot. but other then that it is a 5 star place.

This house is in a good neighborhood close to grocery stores, 25 minutes from the medical district, and about equal distance between downtown and Fiesta Texas.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the climate control kept the house cool.I was looking for a restful stay, and this was perfect. The host was responsive in a timely manner. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

Home away from home

My family and I went to celebrate my daughter's 21st at Six Flags and we stayed at this rental through vrbo and I have to say this place is home away from home. The house was very nice and very clean and most importantly it was very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the stay and we hope to use this rental again in the future and I recommend anyone who is going to visit San Antonio to stay at this beautiful inexpensive rental. Carlos the owner is very attentive and professional and aims to please his renters.

Great for BMT graduation

We stayed for a BMT graduation at Lackland. After all the days activities, I felt very safe running in the neighborhood at dusk. Property manager was very responsive with feedback during our stay.

Great place to stay!

We recently stayed here for a last minute summer getaway before the school year begins. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. Carlos had excellent communication. We came here specifically for SeaWorld and the location was about 10 minutes away which was perfect for us. Highly recommend place to stay with your family the home had everything we needed. We’ll for sure be back next time we head to SeaWorld!

Nice rental

This was a very nice home with many amenities. We stayed here during the San Antonio Livestock show and drove to the AT&T center daily. The daily drive wasnt too bad for all that was offered with the house compared to staying in a hotel. The hospitality provided by Carlos and Anita are amazing from the time we checked in and throughout our stay.

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.

Why they chose this property

Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind.

In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships.

What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of my vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and my fellow San Antonian’s!

San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

What makes this property unique

This home is located in a beautiful community with friendly neighbors. Enjoy a walk or jog around the community in an atmosphere that is sure to feel like home. There is a large deck with outdoor seating for 12, barbecue pit, lots of shady oak tress and a fully enclosed backyard for the kiddos to run around. The living / dining / kitchen has a spacious atmosphere for entertaining guests and large family gatherings. Grocery, dining, shopping and access to major highways is quick and easy.
