Enjoy a tranquil fire pit overlooking gorgeous Conesus Lake with this fully insulated and central air equipped 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath pet friendly home. Leisurely, hit the wineries, breweries, and restaurants of The Fingerlakes Region. Enjoy Letchworth State Park coined "The Grand Canyon of the East" for miles of trails and a stunning waterfall. Local activities are plentiful, the town of Geneseo is 10 minutes away and the city of Rochester, NY is 30 minutes north with a full airport. Swimming and fishing access are readily available at Vitale Park and Long Point Park. Fall foliage is upon us but all seasons are beautiful on Conesus.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday! It was an amazing place to stay. Plenty of parking, fenced in yard for the dogs, and very close to the park. Would definitely stay again 😊

Great property! Wonderful fenced in yard for our pup. So nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the water. Just a short drive to public access to the lake. Perfect for a family rental. Felt a bit wasteful with just the two of us, but may come back with friends or family in the future.

Comfortable and great for pets

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space and the fenced in yard for our dogs was fantastic. Communication with our host was great and it was a short and pretty drive to Geneseo. Would recommend!

There isnt a hot tub, there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. Also there are squirrels or something running in the attic. But other than that, its very spacious, comfy beds and couches, and a great view but its across the street from the lake so I am not sure if that counts as lakefront.

The house is very nice. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The central AC worked well and one had plenty of hot water for showers. The driveway up to the house is extremely steep and in need of repair.

This is such a cute house with the perfect location to spend time with family and enjoy the beauty of Lake Conesus. It was our first time visiting the area and it was great to have a “home base” that felt like a home to come back to. We got to grill on Father’s Day, enjoy a little fire at night, let the kids play games inside when it rained, and swim a lot at Long Point Road just a short drive away. It was also very nice having the ability to bring our dog to enjoy the vacation too.
