Cozy House in Las Vegas - 2 Bedrooms

Come and enjoy a clean and spacious house for your stay in Las Vegas in the company of your family, friends, and loved ones. Excellent location near Downtown (7.2mi) and Las Vegas Strip (11mi). Welcome to your Home!
The backyard has a mini golf and a Zen garden, a barbecue, and a gazebo to spend time and have fun. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Behind the house, there is a main street, so you'll hear some traffic noises.
If you come with children, we can provide a crib, car seat, and highchair upon request.
For medical reasons and strong allergies no pets allowed of any kind

Please leave dirty towels in the laundry basket.Check for personal items under the beds or in the closets.Please place the garage remote control and the keys at the same place you found it
We hope to see you soon. Please ensure the door leading to the garage remains unlocked. This allows our cleaning team to enter the property and prepare it for the next guest.

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, use the kitchen bar or dining table. Please take off your shoes upstairs. There is carpet clean for you.
Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing clear!
Trash day is every Tuesday early in the morning. Can you please place the trash bins out on Monday night? We appreciate your collaboration.

Fun

This house was centrally located to all the attractions we had scheduled. It was well stocked and comfortable. There were lots of games and activities at the house when we decided to stay in for a Definitely a great place to stay.

Everything in the house was fantastic. Clean. Easy to access downtown Vegas and the Strip. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurant. The ability to park in the garage was a plus. Only negative and this is only due to the backyard butting against a major busy road, using the patio was not ideal because of the road noise, but it was a beautiful backyard. The zen garden was fun along with the putting green.
