Come and enjoy a clean and spacious house for your stay in Las Vegas in the company of your family, friends, and loved ones. Excellent location near Downtown (7.2mi) and Las Vegas Strip (11mi). Welcome to your Home!
The backyard has a mini golf and a Zen garden, a barbecue, and a gazebo to spend time and have fun. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Behind the house, there is a main street, so you'll hear some traffic noises.
If you come with children, we can provide a crib, car seat, and highchair upon request.
For medical reasons and strong allergies no pets allowed of any kind

Trash day is every Tuesday early in the morning. Can you please place the trash bins out on Monday night? We appreciate your collaboration.

This house was centrally located to all the attractions we had scheduled. It was well stocked and comfortable. There were lots of games and activities at the house when we decided to stay in for a Definitely a great place to stay.

Everything in the house was fantastic. Clean. Easy to access downtown Vegas and the Strip. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurant. The ability to park in the garage was a plus. Only negative and this is only due to the backyard butting against a major busy road, using the patio was not ideal because of the road noise, but it was a beautiful backyard. The zen garden was fun along with the putting green.

As mentioned in our listing, the property is located in a central and convenient area of Las Vegas, about 7.3 miles (approximately 15 minutes by car) from the Wynn Hotel on the Strip, and 7 miles (around 14 minutes) from Downtown. This makes it an excellent option for guests who want quick access to the main attractions while enjoying a full, comfortable home at a great value. Indeed, there is a street behind the house, so at certain times you may hear some traffic noise. However, as many of our reviews mention, most guests are not bothered by it, while others who are more sensitive to sound may notice it a bit more. We always make sure to describe this clearly in the listing so guests can make an informed decision based on their preferences. We truly appreciate your understanding and your comments they help us continue improving while keeping the experience as pleasant and transparent as possible for everyone visiting Las Vegas, a lively city full of energy and movement.
