Loved the house. Easy to access property. Neighbors seemed friendly and we had no issues. Four full sized beds which was a nice feature. Hot water for all showers with 5 adults I wondered if it would handle that. Good tools available in kitchen.

Beautiful home, great location extremely pleased. The only g to keep in my is temperatures as the pool was not heated this one of the main reasons we selected the home we didn't get to truly enjoy. I should have asked but not used to Vegas being cold. Other then that FANTASTIC HOME TOTALLY RECOMMEND

When we arrived the house was very cold. The thermostat appeared to not be working. Once we changed the batteries it worked. TVs in bedrooms do not work. There is a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom which leaked all night on New Year’s Eve and was discovered after it had soaked some belongings. Host acted like it was new news but then we discovered there was a paper in a drawer indicating the leak was there. Would be nice to have a vacuum available. Rugs are dirty. That said, nice back yard area and serves its purpose.

Bachelorette for the Weekend

Overall trip was amazing. Ashley was very responsive throughout our time there, before we arrived, and during checkout. They even allowed us to check in early. Great location. Just an Uber/lyft away from the strip. The ladies had a great time celebrating my cousin’s bachelorette weekend and we were all accommodated comfortably. Would highly recommend.

Work Stay

Hi there - House was very nice and equipped. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen chairs are plastic and already had cracks in them when we got there, so they were uncomfortable to sit in. Also, the TV situation is unfortunate - We couldn't cast or mirror our phones, and there wasn't any cable. Cable that was present was limited.

Beautiful Home!!!

I wish I could have stayed at this home a lot longer than I actually did. Ashley's attention to detail when it came to the decor of this house was immaculate!! It was so beautiful and comfortable to me and all of my girlfriends. They all loved it!! We hung out, made dinner, got ready together and enjoyed all the perks of this amazing home! It was conveniently placed right next to the freeway, grocery and drug stores, restaurants and a $5.00 Uber ride from the strip. The backyard was perfect as was the rest of the house! I can not wait to go back to Vegas and get this house again!

Overall, everything was acceptable enough not to go through the trouble of leaving. However, while there was a mix of good and bad, there was more bad I would say, which has resulted in my lower rating. I'm not quite sure why this property has an almost perfect rating, though it also doesn't deserve an extremely low rating either.THE GOODThe location is excellent, just 15 mins from anything. The price was decent. The pool was well maintained. The grill was clean and propane was provided. The check out expectations were not over the top.THE BADIt's clear that the main area of the home is their focus when turning over the place in between guests. The living room and kitchen were free from *most* issues, but anything down the hallway was a completely different story, as you can see in the pictures I have provided. Issues we found:Generally not cleaned well. Smoke detectors removed from the hall and bedrooms. No lock on the bedroom doors. Terribly damaged base boards. Broken fixtures in the bathrooms. Ice maker does not work. And possibly worst of all, visibly dirty/used dishes in the kitchen cabinets and drawers!!

Trip to Las vegas with daughter and parents

The home worked fine for our stay, but was dirty. The light switches, electrical sockets, and overall cleanliness was not great. The dogs next door barked every time we were outside and when we tried to communicate with the host, they did not respond. It made our experience difficult because we wanted to be outside in the pool and enjoy our stay in peace. Also, the pool was loosing siding and my daughter received multiple scratches on her legs from the rough surfaces on the inside of the pool. The outside furniture was so dusty we could not even sit on it as it covered your hands, legs, and clothes in dirt. The dining room chairs were plastic and not suitable for anyone over 200lbs. The rooms did not have any dresser or space for clothes except hanging in the closet. Overall, the home could have been cleaner and more home like.

Great stay overall

I am pleased to provide you with a 5-star review for our stay at Rancho Oakey VRBO! Although the weather was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool, we still appreciated the option to swim and enjoyed the serene ambiance it provided. The property also had a fun shuffleboard table that we enjoyed playing, and we appreciated having a grill available even though we didn't end up using it. We could tell that the owners had put a lot of effort into making sure their guests had a great experience. In addition to the amenities, the location of the property was perfect for us. It was close and convenient to both Fremont and the rest of the strip, making it easy for us to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Rancho Oakey VRBO, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Las Vegas. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

"Picture Perfect"

Booking, getting there, looks like photos, mostly clean, those are all good things. A couple of things that were not great. When we arrived there was a puddle of water by one of the beds. As i was sending a message to owners, we found an empty water bottle under the bed. So, in my message i told them what we found and that we cleaned it up!! I didnt get any reply until check out day. Therr was no hat water in either bathroom sink. It was hot finally for a shower but never got hot at the sinks. We did see a few ants on the counter but nothing terrible. I also think they need to update the kitchen chairs as the are plastic and a little scary for a 185 pound person. These are my opinions on the property both good and not horrible. With that being said i do have to say that the six of us all agreed that we would most definitely stay herr again!! It is in a geeat location. Close to airport, fremont street, and highway! Oh, and I sure do wish the pool was heated! Its a little sad when sitting in the nice seating area out back and cant get in the pool!

The photos of this house are totally wrong. It depicts a luxury furnished home and it is far from it. The rug in the living room needed replacing because cleaning was not an option. The baseboards in the “master” bath were completely rotten and the sink cabinet as well. The dishwasher does not work and all pans in the kitchen need replacing. The dining table has plastic chairs with 5 chairs?! The front walkway shows a well lit walkway with lights…the lights were fallen down and didn’t light. Trash was piled in the trash cans all weekend. The neighborhood was less than desirable, as indicated by the burglar bars. Most tvs didn’t work, which was likely bad batteries, but couldn’t they check before leasing?

The host gave access early, communicated effectively, and professionally.The towels were clean and the beds were too.Gripes:Too much glass/mirrors everywhere.Internet was not working Tv and remote seemed to not work properly.Several places in the home had rotting wood.Toilet seat was not properly fastened in hallway bathroom.Bathroom ventilation was non existent No fresh ice really available Pots & pans were dirty with old food.No cleaning supplies for guests to use.Toys left out in backyard.

Sin privacidad

Primero no nos mandaron la clave para entrar a tiempo y la propietaria no contestó hasta 2 oras después q era la entrada diciendo que se le olvidó. Después no había privacidad porque tenían cámaras asta en la alberca, y eso violaba mi privacidad como mujer y la de mis hijos porque no sabíamos quien estaría viéndonos en trajes de baño. Comprendo que la cámara enfrente de la casa está ok,pero en la alberca? Donde aveces uno se quita todo nooo está ok.

Great Stay!

Our squad of four was looking for a nice relaxing spot, off the strip, to relax and pool it for a few days! This place was perfect. The house was very clean, loved the mattress’, bedding, pillows etc! The pool was so great. We did have to buy a pump, as there was floaties, but they were all deflated. Wish there would have been 4 lounge chairs, as photographed, but it was ok. Backyard needs some TLC. Cushions on the sofas really need to be cleaned, they were full of dog hair. Didn’t even use them. Hosts were easy to work and communicate with. Overall it was a lovely stay!

mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien

Op een prima locatie gelegen. Dicht bij de I15 en daardoor de strip. Enige punt van aandacht was het ontbreken van kabel tv. Er waren wel smart tv's in huis.

ENJOYED OUR STAY

We really enjoyed our stay and the house is furnished as described. Outside, the furniture is not the same as photos, only 3 lounge chairs available. No sectional couch. We had ants by the pool which made it tough to sit on the edge and enjoy but the owner was responsive with some ant spray. Map the address before you go, very close to highway, was not noisy but neighborhood is hit or miss for walking etc.
