Lake Travis - Texas Hill Country Waterfront Retreat with PRIVATE 50 ft long saltwater pool with waterfall. Can sleep up to 20 in beds . Wonderful views to the hills. Two private acres with safe grounds for kids with a gentle slope to the water. Boat Dock and launch on property. Rustic Hill Country feel - Vaulted ceilings- Large windows - Greatroom - over stuffed leather couches Propane Grill & Charcoal Grill provided .
Grocery Stores and Lake Line Mall is just Fifteen minutes. Movie theaters are close by as well. 20-25 minutes to Downtown Austin. By boat Hippie Hollow is 15 minutes- Wedding Venues in The Hollows, Cedar Park and Point Venture are close by . We are just north of the main basin above Volente.

Home is a Rustic Hill Country Lake House-very casual with multiple interior areas for gathering and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. Fire pit at the waters edge.
Maid service, towels and linens included. Lake Travis is a Reservoir, which means lake levels go up and down and affected by Drought conditions.. So if Lake levels are important to your visit, please confirm current lake levels..

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all umbrellas & return exterior furniture &interior furniture back to original spot . Turn off all lights inside &outside &don’t forget light switches by the kitchen door. turn off pool light.
Return any used kayak or canoes to their original position by the fence by the house or by the fence towards the lake.. Trash must fit into the trashcans-anything that does not must be taken with you
Please be sure all trash cans are placed on the road. If you’re facing down the driveway, the trash cans will go to the right of the driveway in front of the property on the road. Refer to ck out list

I maintain a clean residence with up-graded Hypoallergenic pillows - sheets that are Egyptian count 500 plus. Hardwood antique Bedframes and linen service and towel service to assure the linens are sanitized. I want people to have fun and see what I have loved for years about this natural Hill Country space

I offer a home that is fresh and clean - there are quality leather couches and quality art and a few trophy Dead heads to give the visitor a taste of the Texas Hill Country.
I take pride in my home and pride when I hear from all of those that visit that they had a wonderful time and made memories. When I travel- I do not accept a dirty home and I would not offer anything less than what I would expect for myself.

Sleeping arrangements of up to 20 in beds plus three children built-in loft bunks with wooden ladders - Scenery- the 50 ft long saltwater pool- conv. to shopping but with a country private feel - noise is not restricted and no immediate neighbors.
