We had a wonderful time staying at the house for a couple weeks in December. Off strip vibes with easy access to everything. This is the perfect location in Las Vegas! Dave was a great host and has an awesome house with all of the things needed to feel at home. Highly recommend

Great Find!

We came to Vegas to attend a music festival. Didn’t want to stay on the strip with all of what the Vegas life offers. This how was perfect for four couples. Everyone had their own room with a full bathroom. Great location, tons of places to eat that don’t break the bank. The pool was nice too but was freezing cold water, you can have it heated for an extra charge we just didn’t do that. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and Dave was very responsive and always communicated well with me.

I am a professional photographer and world traveler. I have been to 60+ countries and still going strong. I think the temptation to explore is irresistible and I can't stop planning and thinking about my next vacation. How about you?

Why they chose this property

Excellent, quiet neighborhood! Many mature trees, larger homes on large lots. Waterfalls and green spaces make it a great neighborhood for local jogging or walking.

What makes this property unique

My house is ideally located near the strip and also near downtown summerlin. I can find anything within a 5-10 minute drive. This is a gorgeous, well maintained giant house. Plenty of room for everyone. Professionally decorated interior makes for nice, and cozy.
