Hidden gem alert! Walk across the sand street to the beach from this adorable beach side ground-floor rental! Close to shopping, food, and bars. This cute and tidy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (and pull out sofa) is off S. Atlantic Ave right next to the beach.! Cable, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, DVD player and WiFi included. Washer/dryer in unit and also an outdoor shower. Walk/bike to Flagler Ave, shopping at Indian River Complex, Walgreens or to the beach.



Enjoy all New Smyrna has to offer including shopping and dining, monthly festivals, kayak and paddleboard tours, Art galleries, The Marine Discover Center, the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore, inshore and offshore fishing, surfing, Canaveral National Seashore. New Smyrna also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. The town has weekly Farmers Markets, car shows on Canal Street and many festivals weekly on Flagler Avenue including Wine Walks, Taco Trucks, Sip & Stroll, Shrimp & Seafood Fest and many art shows! New Smyrna is also just miles from all the major attractions ... Even though it is small, for two people, we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean when we got there. Enjoyed our stay.

I spent two months at this “gem” and it was wonderful!! Perfect location - VERY close to beach (2-3 minute walk) and easy walk or drive to the downtown and Canal Street areas. Perfect size for two people. Nice outdoor patio to wind down the day. Other reviews commented about having noise or awkwardness of the owners in the upstairs unit. This was NOT our experience. They are delightful people, quiet as church mice and not awkward at all. I hope to stay here again next winter!!
