Great place for a family vacation with kids. Location is right on the beach, and the pool and hot tub stay open until dusk. Highly recommend.

Very nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo near the beach. Only gripes would be we couldn’t use the fitness center and we had to buy paper towels, dish soap, & garbage bags, which other vacation rentals have provided in the past.

Very nice updated condo. Beautiful decor, comfy beds - very clean. We had some issues getting into the property - the code had not been reset for us, but it just took a phone call. It would be helpful if there was a book in the condo with wifi passwords and instructions for check out. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

We’re glad you enjoyed the decor, comfort, and cleanliness, and we apologize for the inconvenience with the entry code. Your suggestion about having a book with Wi‑Fi details and checkout instructions is very helpful, and we’ll work on adding that for future stays. Great family location

The place was exactly as represented! It was clean and well appointed. The beqch was spectacular and you just walk off the pool deck to get there. We used the grills on the pool deck and the pool was on point. I’d stay again!

Very beautiful room and location

It was absolutely stunning on the inside of the apartment. Only negative h to ing was there was construction going on to the entire building and that was not stated in the overview so we were a little disappointed in finding that out when we arrived instead of knowing before but the inside was as pictured and beach was beautiful.

The condo was great!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. However, I wish that I had known the pool, the hot tub and the tennis court was not available for our use. We didn’t learn this until an email was sent to us after we checked in.

Short getaway

Very relaxing very nice unit. The timing for us was good but Mother Nature was upset, No Son and too much rain. We made the best of it. Sad to see all the damaged property, but it will get back to the way it use to be

We had a good stay. Upon arrival we were caught off guard by our floor being under renovation. It was undergoing a new paint job so the floors and walls were covered with plastic and tape. We requested an early check-in which the hosts were accommodating, however the code for the door never worked and we had to reach out twice to get the correct code for the door. The original code we were given never worked and ended up using a temporary one all week. The location is excellent and within walking distance to the place with shops and restaurants.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to provide details about your stay. We sincerely apologize for the lack of prior notification regarding the renovation activity on your floor. We understand how unexpected this must have been upon arrival. We also apologize for the issues with the door code and the inconvenience. We are happy our 24/7 Guest Services Team was able to get the door code working for early access. It was our pleasure hosting you and we are happy you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to hosting you for your next stay on the beach!

This place had everything! Towels, chairs, bucket for collecting shells, beach toys, a cart to carry everything across the sand, and even an umbrella! Such a gorgeous and spacious condo too with all the kitchen amenities! Will definitely be back! Those complaining about reconstruction of the building need to remember the town was blasted with a devastating hurricane!!! Of course there’s reconstruction. But this unit was clearly and fully intact and we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Took a drive to Captiva island and saw the super blue island waters for a day. Highly recommend this place and we’ll be back for sure.

My stay was incredibly frustrating. The key pickup process was a disaster; I went to the address provided, but the keys weren't there, which led to a lot of confusing and mixed communication. The apartment itself was in the middle of a construction zone, which made it impossible for my 3-year-old grandson to take a nap. Inside, the whirlpool tub had an aerator that severely limited the water flow, and the water pressure in both the bathroom sinks and the main shower was terrible. Condo was really roomy and eell supplied. A few more trash bags would have been great.
