New! Waterfront Lake Ozark Getaway - 2 Boat Slips and High Dive!

Come stay at our waterfront lake house!

Nestled in Lake of the Ozark's northshore, you get an amazing sunset view of the lake without all the crazy waves of the main channel!

The large dock is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and fishing. Included is a kayak, high dive, lily pad, floats, fishing rods, cornhole, and more. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee in our cozy screened in porch.

Fishermen welcome! 2 open boat slips, cleaning station, trailer parking, brushpiles, and close to Coffman Access.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, coffee maker, pots, and utensils. There is a large gas grill you’re welcome to use outside. Inside the house you’ll find board games, cards, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 1 has 1 queen and bunk bed (2 twins). Bedroom 2 has 1 queen, Bedroom 3 has a queen and bunk bed (full and twin).

Since we have young ones ourselves, our house is great for those with younger kids. We have toys, books, a high-chair, a pack n play, as well as eating utensils.

Pets are welcome! Limit of 1 dog or cat due to space. We have a grass pad for your dog to use the bathroom. Please pick up after your pet, thank you!

There is a firepit outside you’re welcome to use.

Boat slips are 24x10 and 30x12.

Parking lot has room for 5 cars, though it gets tight after about 3. We do have offsite parking for additional trailers for $10/day

If you do have a boat, we'd advise putting in at Coffman Beach Lake Access on the Gravois Arm of the lake. This is a free ramp and is only about 15 minutes drive from the house.

Great property!!

Nick was easy to get in contact with through the app. Very helpful. We needed to store the boat overnight and he even helped us find a place that was close and convenient. The property was very clean and cozy. We loved the close proximity to the water. The only thing I didn’t give 5 stars on was the parking. But he did describe it in detail before we came. It was just a very tight space for an suv, truck and a boat trailer. And the gravel made it difficult to get up into the spot by the shed. We loved the enclosed porch. Great for having your coffee in the morning and relaxing at night. We fished a lot off the docks. There was a lot of room for all of us. Although we didn’t swim, it was nice they offer the kayaks, Lily pad, life jackets, and high dive. The water is deep, clean and perfect for swimming. We had a great time !

Great getaway

Went to the Ozarks for a fishing trip with some buddies and was lucky to find this on Vrbo. Great location, very clean, plenty of beds for a bigger family, host was very communicative, boat slips, outdoor seating with mosquito nets, overall a great little spot. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again.

Fun getaway and fishing trip!

Our family was looking for a quick winter getaway on a warm weekend and this house was perfect. The house was cozy with a great fire pit overlooking the water, and my husband was able to bring his boat for fishing. Highly recommend!

Our Stay

The property was spacious and beautiful. It was perfect for us being on the water front. We most definitely will stay here again. The only downfall I have would be the narrow dirt roads, but other than that everything was great!
