The Community:
Vistas de Flamingo is a small gated community in Playa Potrero. Private yet close to beaches, shops & restaurants. 7-10 minutes to my favorite beach, Playa Pencha.

Getting around:
The roads are all dirt in the community. We do live on a steeper hill, so a car with 4 x 4 is recommended, however not a necessity. There are no street lights heading up to the house so it is dark at night. You do have neighbors, but it does feel more quiet and private.

Our property is professionally managed by a top notch local company. They are able to arrange tours, pick up from airport, private chefs and house cleaning. Once you are book they will reach out to you via email. They will be there to greet you at the property and get you settled.
