Lovely house and pool
3 friends stayed in a 3 bedroom house.
The house is ultra clean, the beds are super comfy.
The swimming pool is stunning!
The house is beautiful too!
Fantastic kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms!
There is a but … the pool is very detached from the house.
This is because the main and only stairs are outside the front of the house, the pool is out the back. It’s a long way to walk to the pool. The lanai is on the 1st floor (not on the ground floor) and overlooks that beautiful pool. But it is very detached from it. (ideally a staircase needs to go from the lanai down to the pool)
The 3rd bedroom on the ground floor, again is quite detached from the house because of the outside staircase.
I like the front staircase, but … ideally you need 2 more stairs, one inside the house and one from the lanai to that lovely pool.
The gardens are lovely, the planting around the pool is beautifully colourful.
The noise of the frogs at night is mental! After a couple of days it fades into the background.
We had a marvellous stay - thankyou!
I didn’t realise that Hilo and it’s surrounds are so tropical.
