Welcome to The Nest - a comfortable, dog-friendly 3-bedroom home with a private fenced backyard, garage game room & space for the whole group. You're <10 minutes from downtown Savannah and about 15 minutes from Tybee Island, giving you an easy home base for exploring both.

Come home to a fenced backyard, cornhole, fire pit, ping pong and foosball. Inside, you'll find a king suite, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi, TVs in every bedroom, and two full bathrooms.

Our Space:

- Outdoors: Spacious, large fenced backyard with plenty of space to play cornhole, connect 4, or relax with your whole group.

Traveling with your dog? We've got you covered. The fully fenced backyard gives your pup room to play, and we provide a dog bed, toys, food/water bowls, waste bags and a scooper.

- Accessibility: Single-level home with no steps throughout, making a safer environment for guests of all ages.

- Living Area: Open gathering area great for family meals, game nights, and relaxing at the end of a long day at the beach. A large 55" smart TV with soundbar is perfect for movie nights - stream your favorites on Hulu or Paramount+ or login to your own streaming services.

- Home office: Private workspace with excellent Wi-Fi and a desk available

- Garage: Ping pong and Foosball tables for everyone's enjoyment, plus a washer & dryer available for use

- Bedrooms: Calm and clean with TV's in each room for your entertainment.

- Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, desirable for making your getaway the perfect experience if you aren't tasting some incredible local cuisines!

- Bathrooms: The home is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, one attached to the King-suite and the other centrally located in the home. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair-dryers, make-up towels and more for your convenience.

This place was awesome and totally spotless inside! So close to downtown! The only gripe if you want to call it that, was that the back yard was a little overgrown and outdoor furniture was little weathered, but it was so muggy outside that you wouldn’t be spending much time out there anyways, but in cooler months it might be a dealbreaker for some.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals while there! David and Alex were very responsive and we loved that we could bring our pup along with us! They provided doggy toys, bedding, food and water bowls and even doggy bags! We will definitely look to stay at their home again when we come back to Savannah!

Perfect location for our visit to Savannah it was no more than a 10 or 15 minute drive to anything and everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great for our group and well set up for those traveling with pets. Our dogs loved the yard. The Hosts had the home well stocked for people too. We would stay again.

We fell in love with Savannah and created The Nest to be the kind of vacation home we'd want for our own family—comfortable, exceptionally well stocked, dog-friendly, and easy to use as a home base for both Savannah and Tybee. We love helping guests discover the area and making sure everything is ready before they arrive.

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful - provides the perfect backdrop for a family getaway. You also can't beat the location, less than 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah in one direction then 15-20 minutes to beautiful Tybee Island and the beach in the other! Best of both worlds :)
