Located on the Streetcar line and 4 blocks of the French Quarter, walking distance to Bourbon & Frenchmen street and just steps from many great bars, jazz lounges on St Claude & St Bernard Ave. enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Great location away, but close to the French Quarter

This place was a great home base during our trip to New Orleans. It was close enough to the French Quarter to be accessible, but far enough to be able to get some rest at night. This location was also close to other popular restaurants outside of the French Quarter. With a market and cornerstore around the corner, we had everything we needed for a great time in Nola.

Nice and tidy place to stay. Close to French Quarter. Good interaction with host. No a good neighborhood. Streetside parking unless you park in a garage far off from residence. Truck hot broken into and lots of loitering on the street we stayed on. Drawer in bathroom and drawer in kitchen were broken upon arrival. Overall, nice apartment but bad location.

Great value really nice bed

Overall for a stay in New Orleans it had everything we needed. The couch isn’t great and the internet goes out frequently but everything had everything else we needed. The stairs were extremely steep, but the bed was one of the nicest we have ever slept in.

Very cute property

The property was clean and gated. Never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and it was quiet. Close enough to Uber to everything and even walk to Frenchmen st. The stairs up were a little steep but were fine for us. The host was reachable when I needed and even sent me a list of things to do, places to see, and restaurants to eat at! I would stay again! 10/10

Great gated place!

The apartment was just advertised. Host was easily accessible and gave clear instructions plus excursion suggestions.Steps are steep and ceiling a little low in places, but very clean. Located close to tourist attractions, but the neighborhood was questionable. We parked in a nearby garage. Felt comfortable sleeping since gated. Overall, enjoyed our stay before our cruise.

Very dirty and scary area the stairs getting into the apartment are very steep you have to duck your head at the top to keep from smacking your head will not ever stay there again no ice machine laundry room very old washer and dryer

Very cute and clean

We loved this property and want to come back, as it was clean, smelled good and was close to all the fun places we wanted to go. Access to the gate and door were easy and the AC/heater worked well. A few small cons were that there was no black out curtain for the small bedroom window, so bring a sleep mask. Also, the ceilings were quite low at certain points so you have to watch you head. There also is no closet or real place to store or hang your clothes but lots of space in the bedroom and bathroom to put things. The kitten was spacious and a fresh marked is in walking distance, as well as a cute bookstore/coffee shop called Baldwin and a Starbucks. We will be back! Definitely recommend this property

Bumped my head on slanted ceiling. Tripped on wood separating kitchen n living room. No closet. No extra blanket. Used towel to sleep on couch. Too far to walk to French quarter. Stairs not good after drinking. Low water pressure in shower. Scary neighborhood.
