Great house

Our friends and family gathered in the house for a couple of days. Everything was clean and well organized. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to durham.

We stayed at this lovely house for a week and a half after a hospital stay at Duke to further rest and recover. Emily and her team went above and beyond to make us feel like we were truly “home” away from home, and responded immediately to any questions we had. The beds and pillows were so comfy and all the extra amenities (laundry pods/coffee/well stocked bathrooms) helped to make our stay that much smoother. The well appointed back yard and porch was so nice to sit out in and listen to the birds. I cannot recommend this house and the host team enough.

The home was clean. It has everything you would need and them some. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the home. Even though you were in a neighborhood, you felt like you were in the country.

The house was very comfortable. We had 10 people and plenty ofnspace for everyone. All of the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms comfortable with everything we needed (even q-tips). Kitchen had everything we needed, we used the grill one evening and worked great! Parking - we had 3 cars and easy getting in and out. Neighborhood was safe, no problems!

Comfortable spacious house. Loved the screened in porch. Very convenient to Duke University, Duke medicine circle, grocery stores, Whole Foods and a wide range of restaurants, Added plus for dog parents is the fenced back yard and the cute park just a 1 minute drive down the street with a nice walking path. Also quick drive to Eno and Brumley for easy hikes. Best part of this property is that it’s managed by a very responsive team who were helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family visiting Duke

This is a lovely little house that's very well appointed and is perfect for a family visiting Duke. We are a family of five, and dropped our first off for his freshman year. If the four of us (Mom, Dad, and his two little sisters) travel together again to visit him, we will absolutely stay here if it's available. Highly recommend.

Good rental over all

Over all the place was nice and a good place for our family to get away.You can tell this is a rental property.Some of the maintenance has been lacking and one of the toilets gave us issue. Due to our short stay we don’t know if this was resolved.The listing says no pets, however there was a pet smell when we arrived a well as pet supplies in the house.
