Very overpriced

Units were very overpriced for the area. No internet or TV service. Air unit in one cabin did not cool initially and had to wait until the morning to report the issue due to lack of phone/internet service on the property. Cooling problem was promptly corrected once we were able to report the issue. Very uncomfortable plastic mattress pads on the beds.

Hey Billie!! Again want to say thanks for staying with us! We apologize if you were under the impression there was cable TV and WiFi. We double checked the listing and no where is it advertised as available. In regards of the AC, it was not broken, just not turned on. We understand those remotes can be tricky if you are not familiar with a mini split system which is why we had a member from the room attendant staff come by and turn on for you guys. Do not hesitate to reach out directly if feel the need. Again thank you for staying with us!
