Welcome to our NEW (2023-built) corner unit downtown condo! At a spacious 1,500 square feet, this is one of the largest units in the building. Sleeps 8 on comfy new beds. Building amenities (all same floor as our unit) include a pool, cabanas, fire pits, grill, gym, lounge, and free secure parking garage. Just 7 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Convention Center. Less than 1 mile to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Music Row & The Gulch.
The space:
Nashville Vibes welcomes you with a dramatic entry hallway leading to the living area, highlighted by a large neon Nashville Vibes sign set on a 7 foot by 7 foot tall juniper greenery wall. We've included a selfie stand so you can take fun group photos during your stay. Beyond that are black and white print wall art candids of Nashville's country music legends, as you come into the living room and kitchen from the hallway. The living room is huge, with room to seat everyone on the sectional sofa, side chairs, barstools and kitchen table chairs. Head outside to our wraparound balcony to enjoy a Nashville sunset!
Both bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds (six total beds that sleep 8 comfortably). Nobody in your group has to slum it on a pull out couch!
Guest access:
With a stay in our unit, you will have access to all of the common spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, parking garage and front lobby door via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key!

For free time, my wife, son and I love to get out and explore new places in Tennessee on day trips, travel around the U.S. and abroad, and check out Nashville's vibrant and ever-changing food scene. I love being a host because I live nearby and enjoy finding new and creative ways to offer an optimal guest experience in our downtown condo.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! And the fact that this short-term rental development was built in 2023, so everything is brand new! Hyve has amazing building amenities for our guests, and the location is walkable to Broadway Ave, the Music City Center (for conventions) and many breweries, restaurants, shopping and bars. Plus, there are about ten additional high rise developments planned for within four blocks of our condo building, so this So Bro neighborhood will continue to offer even more for guests in the coming years.
What makes this property unique
For the unit, our 7'x7' Nashville Vibes neon sign on juniper greenery is a big draw, since it is a fun and unique way to take group and family photos to commemorate your trip to Nashville. The unit is also one of the largest in the building at 1,500sf, so there is way more room to spread out and relax versus a hotel room or smaller condo.
For the building, the combination of pool, outdoor lounge, grilling and ping pong table area, full gym with Peloton bikes, indoor lounge, co-working space, and free guest garage parking makes staying at our condo even more enjoyable!
