OTHER THINGS TO NOTE You are city view so pool noise is not an issue. Although Nashville is peppered with cranes from booming construction you are buffered from this noise as we sit just South of the interstate loop. This allows for unobstructed views of the city skyline. Highway noise is minimal in the unit. I hear a hit song in the making!

Exceeded our expectations!The host was extremely helpful and communicative, and the condo was exactly as shown; adorable. Everything was in working order and it suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!
Condo was very clean with super easy check in/out - location was great and within walking distance to many restaurants. Pool was great and never too crowded. Would highly recommend!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, easily accommodated 6 people. Pool was nice, and this rental provided a ton of towels to accomodate. Everything you could ask for, highly recommend!
The property was very clean and modern. Had everything you needed. Great neighborhood, plenty of entertainment within walking distance . Very safe neighborhood. We did not have a car but there seemed to be plenty of parking.

We had a great stay! The property was spotless and had everything we needed. Donna was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had before our arrival. Once we got there, everything was well organized and easy to find. She provided plenty of helpful information about the unit and the surrounding area, so we felt well prepared and didn’t need to reach out for anything. I’d definitely recommend this property!
Stayed here for a girls weekend and really enjoyed our time. Donna's place was clean and safe. We rented a car and so we appreciated the free parking, but also did a good amount of walking to nearby places.
It's well situated to get to The Gulch, Broadway or 12th St for great food and shopping.
We have to adjust our stay last minute and the host/hostess were so kind and helpful. Location is great for being close but not in the city. Place was perfect for our family of 5!
Nice location, property and accommodations. We enjoyed staying at this property and the short walk to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Also within an easy walking distance to the Broadway area if you don't want to drive, pay for parking or Uber. Secure parking garage. Will definately stay here again in the future.
