Great location!!

Very nice property and condo. Main Pool was great!! Pool in our building was nice and convenient. Back patio was nice and has steps down to the pool. TV went out during our stay but they had a brand new one there the next day. Place was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at the Regatta. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location to beach and Mercato!!! Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We enjoyed the pool, just steps from our unit. We felt the spacious patio should have had a dining table as we would have eaten our meals out there. With more thought, it could be quite a nice space. While not a huge disappointment, it also would have been nice to have had a wagon for beach essentials and a soft sided cooler for our beach days. However, the chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were appreciated and enjoyed! Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!
