The house was very nice with plenty of room. The yard with a babbling brook running through it was great. The view of the fall colors was awesome. Close to town and restaurants.

My wife and I recently visited Jackson during our trip to New Hampshire and Maine for our 30th wedding anniversary. Our stay in Jackson could not have been better and that was due in large part to our staying at this property. From the cleanliness of the home to the amazing piece of property that is sits on, we were thoroughly impressed. The brook at the back of the property provides the perfect touch of nature in a very natural environment. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions in planning our trip and made great recommendations for food and experiences in the area. We will certainly be back with our sons in the future. I am back to the office today and dreaming of how great our time was in Jackson.

The house was perfect! even more charming and cozy in person. Walk to the lift at Black Mountain and the host thought of absolutely everything you would ever need to have a comfortable, relaxing vacation. Great communication and readily available to ask questions. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Had a great long weekend up in Jackson. Beautiful house and location, minutes from black mountain. Skied and relaxed. Everything about the stay was perfect, will definitely be staying again next time we are up there.

Black Mountain Holiday Stay

Perfect location, Clean, Very nice host

Best location near Black and Shovel Handle. Lots of beds/bedroom space for our group of friends. Host is responsive and very nice. Great spot to enjoy a weekend in Jackson!

Loved it

Had a great stay. The place was super clean, with all the mountainside, winter getaway, charms and quirks we were looking for. Lots of space, great location in the hills of Jackson, right at the foot of Black Mountain, walkable to the ski area. Shovel Handle Pub down the street was also excellent! Would stay here again in a heartbeat, would like to try it in the Summer too.

Summer family vacation

The property suited our family’s needs perfectly. Close enough to everything but nice private space. Field of horses in the front which the grandchildren enjoyed riding and running brook in the back. Happy vacation!
