Summary:

This beautiful craftsman bungalow is located at the end of cul-de-sac, overlooking downtown Siloam Springs. The home has 4 beds, 2 full bath, and a large backyard for entertainment. Bring your family or friends and enjoy an updated home with a beautiful kitchen and large bedrooms. Smart Tv's in every room and a strong WIFI signal and speed to manage all the devices you may have.



The Space:

Pets allowed with an additional fee of $50/pet/stay + other fees (max 2 pets) (non refundable) 



Note: Pets are not allowed on furnitures.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful dead end street with little traffic and great neighbors.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy - Our policy is to keep a completely refundable $500 deposit if you would like to bring pets to the property. This will be collected prior to your stay through Stripe. This will be released when the cleaning team can confirm that any extensive damage has not been done.



Non Refund only when an agreement can not be made IF damage has occurred



Extensive damage -

- Bite marks or scratches on furniture, walls, cabinets or any part of the house.



- Urine stains or smells on the furniture, floors, walls or any part of the house



- Extensive cleaning of comforters, blankets or furniture.



- Others to be determined as they occur.



We ask that you do not allow your pets on the furniture at all. If you are going to do so without my knowledge please put a sheet over the furniture or comforters, so we can easily clean and make guest ready for the next person.

Cute Craftsman with Cozy Vibe

Upgraded historical house

The interior decor, furniture and beds are very nice and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean.The listing shows 2 bathrooms, both with showers. Only one has shower, the upstairs bathroom is tub only.

Wedding Weekend

We came to town for a friend’s wedding, and the location of this property was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, and communication with the owner was great. We were disappointed to find out that although the listing clearly states TWO showers, there was only ONE! This made it difficult for five adults to get ready at the same time. The sink in the downstairs bathroom also has a large chunk of granite broken, and the faucet continuously leaked and would not turn off. Our second disappointment was the “fourth bedroom,” which only has a foam futon that my adult son did not fit on. It would work for a small child but it is not meant for an adult. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves despite these minor inconveniences.

Didn’t even get to stay here

I was not very impressed with this host. I was never sent the check in information. When we tried to get in to our property we could not and the host did not answer calls or messages. We ended up having to get a motel. Also the property was not lighted at all. Then they only gave us a partial refund even though we were not able to use the property at all. Notice that my rating of the cleanliness of property is just a guess because I never got inside.
