Our bright and spacious home offers 4 modern bedrooms, 2.5 Bath including en-suite and an open plan living area and kitchen. large terrace perfect for outside dining and relaxing. There are 2 large swimming pools and a child's pool, including our fully equipped gym and sauna. Location is perfect as you are only a few minutes walk away from the train station, then a further 5 minutes you will be on the beach with local bars, restaurants and shops. Golf courses within 10 minutes drive

The space
The property has air conditioning throughout! Bedroom 1 & 2 have 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and en suite with walk in shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower. Also a separate toilet. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is free WIFI available and English T.V. The outside terrace is spacious and overlooks the swimming pool. Plenty of space to dine with family and friends and offers sun lounges to relax.

The communal areas are private and gated. There are 2 swimming pools to choose from. The swimming pool opposite the apartment is open 12:00 am until 6:00 pm. The second pool is open 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. You will have access to the gym and sauna between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
