Great location for a family get together!

My family did not use this property overnight, but we had a great family dinner in the back yard. It was the perfect size for us and had plenty of grass for the younger kids to run around in after dinner. We all had a blast cooking and eating here!

Great location for our needs

We rented this property for our family form CA to travel and celebrate my oldests' college graduation. Everyone had their own room and bathrooms. The check in time for access to the house was later than I would have preferred but I didn't want to pay an additional fee to get an early check-in time. There was plenty of room for us to hang out, chat and play games. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. There are stairs to access the top floor bedrooms and living space. Something to consideer if you have toddlers or elderly. I really appreciated the easy check out. Felt like I was in a hotel! just leave the dirty towels on the floor :)

Great location for groups and families

We were a group of 6 adults who all came to town for a family wedding in Morrison. It was a perfect, central location for all our activities in Denver, Morrison, and Golden. There is every type of store and restaurant on the main road just a couple blocks away and lots of parks nearby. It would be a good house for a family with kids, too. We were impressed with all the amenities that were at the house - snacks, coffee, hair dryer, extra toothbrushes and mini toiletries in the bathrooms, everything needed for cooking, board games, trail guides, and plenty of bath linens. The patio with fire table and party lights was a relaxing, private spot to hang out outside. Note that 3 of the bedrooms are on the main level of the house and one is secluded in the basement - we didn’t realize that from the pictures but it worked fine for our group. We were happy with this property and enjoyed our stay!
