About this property

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Location, Location, Location. This townhome is in the heart of the city with granite counter tops and hardwood floors in the home. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for full privacy for groups or families. in addition, you are within walking distance or very, very short Uber ride to Convention Center, BBVA Stadium, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, or Downtown. 4-5 miles to Houston Medical Center...
The space
The home has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms located on the third floor the master and 1 guest bedroom. The master has a 42' Smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO Max, Apple, and many more. You will just need to have your own account to access the smart tv's. The first floor guest bedroom has a 32" Smart TV as well.

The kitchen is is large enough to seat 10 people 5 in the island bar and 5 at the dining table. The home comes with a washer and dryer and we provide all laundry detergent for stays of 2 weeks or less. Longer stays will need to provide their laundry detergent.

The EaDo neighborhood is so peaceful yet close to all that Houston's downtown has to offer. In addition, the medical center is 12 minutes away for those who come for treatment or to work at the Texas Medical Center. Easy access to all major highways and 20-30 minutes from virtually everywhere in Houston.

This amazing property seats in the center of a small community. Most folks have lived there for years and are kind. The property features hardwood floors, bathrooms in each room, and a two-car garage. It has two balconies and a beautiful island to enjoy and relax.
