This location just can't be beat. It is a quick walk to everything that York Beach has to offer. Two beaches, shops, arcade, petting zoo and at least 8 restaurants in walking distance. (Spring, Fall & Winter have only a couple of restaurants open). This cozy home sleeps eight and has one and a half bathrooms, plus a private outdoor shower! New appliances, quartz counter and a new sectional were added in 2021. Huge deck right off of the kitchen overlooks one of the largest backyards on "The Nubble".
Leave your linens, sand toys, boogie/body board and beach chairs home. Clean fresh bedding (Sheets are washed and blankets and coverlets are dry cleaned prior to each stay) and fresh towels are provided at no additional charge. Air conditioning is provided in all four bedrooms and also in the living room/kitchen area.

Great vacation spot!

Great rental home in York Beach! We had a terrific stay with our family. Location is terrific in a great neighborhood within a short walk to Short Sands Beach. The house is updated, very clean, and nicely maintained, and it's well equipped with whatever you might need for your stay. And communication with the owner was great and very responsive. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my husband, 18mo old, and in laws. The house was perfect for us - clean, spacious, in such a convenient location and it had everything you could need for a day at the beach or rainy day. Tina was so nice & accommodating. We had an amazing time & would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Location allowed us plenty of beach time with the grandchildren. Close enough to go several times a day plus the playground at Short Sands was ideal! Great backyard with lots of toys and games provided. Great deck space for family cookouts. House well equipped with dishes and cookware. Outdoor shower was a big hit with the hot weather.

Forever Coming Back

This is our second stay and we will definitely be booking future trips! It was so much fun to see our 2 year old experience her first beach vacation at this house! She loved the backyard and all the toys, the walk from there to Short Sands was the perfect length for her to not need a stroller! Thank you again!

Amazing stay - best location!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and has all the little things to make your stay very comfortable. We had a group of 8 and felt we had plenty of space - the outdoor shower was a huge plus for us! We walked to short sands every day which was only about a 10 minute walk. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood!

The Perfect Getaway!

Thank you Tina and Phil for making our family vacation a dream!! The layout of the house, the location, the back porch, it was all so serene! The kids had a blast playing in the back yard all week and the grown ups even got in on a game or two of ladder ball!

Comfortable place by the sea

This house was perfectly situated between both beaches and a quick walk down to the light house! Plenty of supplies for cooking at the house and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and short drives! We had a great time at the zoo and was much bigger than we expected! Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

Home away from home....

We loved our stay on Nicole Road. We loved the location, quiet street, large deck and yard and the whole house had everything we needed for a week at the beach and was super family-friendly. Tina was responsive and helpful. Kids voted this was their favorite house we have stayed at and I couldn't agree more!

Wonderful Family Vacation in York

My husband and I traveled to York ME for family reunion with our three adult children and their significant others. We had a wonderful time! The house is in perfect location to allow us to walk to both beaches and Nubble Light. We really appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and wagons for our beach days! We loved the deck and kitchen had all the little extras for family dinners. We would highly recommend for family vacation!

Great vacation spot four our family. Quiet neighborhood easy walk, even with four small children, to both long and short sands, ice cream and dinner! Tina was great and very responsive. No issues besides some rain!

Perfect location!

My family of 7, had an amazing stay. The house is very charming and comfortable, We cooked a lot of meals and really enjoyed the spacious deck. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed the walk to Long Sands Beach, the lighthouse, Fox’s and Short Sands. We even enjoyed an outdoor yoga class with gorgeous ocean views at ViewPoint Hotel - a short walk from the house. Day trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland were also enjoyable. I highly recommend the house!

We just couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy the home that has been in our family for over three decades. So many memories have been made here. Our short field whiffle ball games were always a family favorite played right in the backyard. Bocce tournaments, daily trips to Goldenrod, the arcade and Browns ice cream (now called Dunns) have been part of every summer since 1979.
