Located five minutes from downtown with plenty of shopping just minutes away, what makes this house so special is the large backyard! Make a splash in the saltwater pool, kick back in the spa, have a cocktail sitting near the cabana fire pit, cook burgers in the outdoor kitchen or play bocce ball.

From November through May, there is a $150/day pool heating fee. If you only want to use the spa, the fee is $75/day. For bookings 28 days or longer, the pool heating fee is $43/day and the spa only fee is $25/day.
