Amazing home in the quietest neighborhood. Close to giant park, restaurants and shopping. The pools and jacuzzi are big and well maintained. The windows looking out to the pool is our favorite feature of the house. The beds are comfortable. Covered parking. We think it's pretty perfect!

This was the perfect stay! The pool was incredible with tons of floaties and things to blow up (with a provided electronic pump) and have fun with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings and things you’d need to cook/ grill during your stay. AC worked great! TVs worked great! We will likely be staying here again!

This property was perfect. The location was awesome. There are a lot of delcious restaurants nearby. The home was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The backyard was beautiful. I stayed with my dog and he really enjoyed the big backyard. There is also a large park right around the corner. We would definitely return to this property.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The listing was 100% accurate, and the house was spotless both inside and out. The bathrooms were fantastic, with great amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the August heat. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a beautiful, large pool, a putting green, and a hammock. While it was too hot to use during our stay, we're already hoping to return in the cooler months to enjoy it all. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, local shops, and a supermarket. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!"

Our host responded quickly to our questions. We loved the house! The pool and hot tub were so much fun. We added heat (pre-arrange with owner to do this) which made the pool very relaxing. Lots of lovely outdoor furniture. The MOUNTAINS! In two directions from the palm tree filled yard you see mountains. One area lit with sunrise and the other set literally pink-coral from the sunset light. We got some info from the visitor center and then drove all around enjoying the mid-century modern homes in our very own (rented) neighborhood, and several mansion versions of mid-century. Restaurants, coffee shops, stores. Cute but manageable downtown only a couple miles from this rental. Beds/bathroom/kitchen all very nice. We enjoyed playing games at the gorgeous mid-mod dining set. The livingroom was comfy for watching the large TV. We put in our own password and used Netflix. 3 adults. Could have fit 2 more adults comfortably. Thank you -it was great.

My family had a great time! The backyard was amazing! However a patio cover would have been a welcome addition. We hung out at the pool the entire time…and even had an hibachi dinner catered in the backyard which the owner originally said no to but agreed if we didn’t have too many people ( we were a party of 5 and had 3 family members join us. The house was adequate. Sheets on the bed were hot (polyester? but felt like flannel) and the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the first night and we woke up at 4 am to the 84 degrees in the house! Luckily we discovered that it was on a timer and the second night we were cool. Also the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) in the shower were very very poor quality…why even have them at all? With a few minor adjustments this house could be stellar…bathroom amenities were very much Motel 6 ish….but all in all we had a great time!

I’m originally from Thousand Oaks CA where I got my start in the swimming pool and spa industry. Spending so much time in beautiful backyards and not so beautiful ones quickly honed my ability to imagine just what an outdoor space needed to make it a place one would want to relax and unwind. This eye and attention to detail soon made its way into the home itself. Creating a living space that is both comforting and pleasing to the eye became an obsession.
I greatly enjoy interacting with my guests, providing solutions, and constantly learning what is most important in a successful stay. I’m not happy unless my clients are happy.

Why they chose this property

I’ve always been intrigued by the exclusiveness that Celebrities like Sinatra and Elvis created in the desert. Then with success of the TV show Madmen, I really got sucked into the whole mid century modern movement. So in 2013, I set out to find the perfect Mid Century Home in the perfect Mid Century Dreamland of Palm Springs.

What makes this property unique

When researching properties, I came to find that all of them had power lines that would interrupt the majestic view of the mountains. Also, the size of the backyards were just large enough to fit a pool with little room left for anything else.
Then like magic, Alexander appeared. It was the only property I found in the famed Raquetclub Estates where the previous owner had the power lines buried so the fabulous views are completely unobstructed. Not only that, the back yard was huge!
So I promptly purchased this diamond in the rough and began transforming it.
I added a spa to the preexisting pool. How can you relax and unwind without a hot tub?right.
Then I made use off the huge space by adding a putting green complete with little sand traps, and a large gas fire pit for gathering after the days adventures to roast hotdogs and s’mores where at sunset you can see the light from the top of the Aerial Tramway of Palm Springs highest peak.
I truly feel like I have the best place.
