This home is just a mile from 44 highway in a quiet subdivision. Relax in the oversized master bedroom that boost a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, two closets, night stand, tv, and a patio door that opens up to the deck where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well, armoire, nightstand and one closet. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains so you can escape from a busy life and get well rested. The living room has a smart tv and a electric fire place to create ambiance and a cozy comfortable place to unwind. There are many restaurants near by or you could cook in the newly remodeled kitchen that has all the pots, pans etc you will need to prepare the perfect meal. If you want to bbq there’s a charcoal grill, table, chairs and a large covered patio that over looks the private fenced back yard. With a great outdoor space to relax, hang out with your family or pets this home is the ideal place to stay when you’re attending events at Purina Farms or Shaw Nature Reserve which are both 1 mile away.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it was even better than the first with updates to the house made since then. The house is super cute and has a nice large fenced backyard that our two dogs enjoyed immensely. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and the couple of neighbors that we ran into were friendly. The house was conveniently located and had all the little touches that make a difference (bowls for the dogs, extra blankets, etc.). We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Fantasic Location for any trip

Visiting Purina Farms

Great place to stay close to Purina Farms! We were in town for a dog show at Purina Farms. The back yard was great for our dogs to have space to run and play after showing. The house was exactly as represented online. Very clean and all the amenities you would need.

Great little vacation home!

Clean and cozy space just perfect for unwinding and so close to the Purina Event Center! Taleasa is a wonderful host and her communication was just perfect and answered all of our questions. The home itself has everything you need with plenty of space inside and out. We've already reserved another stay for next year with our rescue Springer!

Perfect dog show rental!

This was an amazing place to stay for a weeklong dog show at Purina Farms. Very close to the event, big fenced yard so the dogs can run, and attached garage that made loading up every morning a breeze. Nicely renovated and well kept home. I'll be checking this for first for any future events at Purina!

Dog Friendly!

My wife and I were looking for a pet-friendly place to stay so we could take our two small dogs on their first overnight adventure. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the safe, fully fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. There were even extra dog bowls and towels available for our doggos. The owner’s local restaurant recommendations were on point and the location is an easy drive into STL as well. Clean and cute house! Highly recommend!

Fantastic gem near Purina

Four of us stayed here for the 2023 Border Collie Society National Specialty and we couldn't have been happier. Location was perfect, just two or three minutes from Purina. Lovely little house which is perfect for four people, the fenced yard is fantastic for dogs. We plan to be back yearly for this event. Can't let this one get away!

Great area, clean and spacious home

Plenty of room to spread out here for a large family. The kitchen has plenty of space for several cooks and lots of kitchenwares to use. The 2 bedrooms offer enough space for 4 on provided beds as well as additional space with an inflatable mattress. The outside area is nice with a covered patio. Very clean home.

Perfect house by Purina

We enjoyed our stay. 3 mins to Purina and a nice fenced in backyard perfect for the pups. The fence was too short for my breed and one of mine jumped out chasing a squirrel. We caught her quickly. Just a note for those with high jumping prey driven dogs. The house is the perfect size for those traveling alone or with a friend. Lots of light, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful New Rental in a Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here over the Christmas Holiday as a place that was convenient to a couple of our relatives' homes. It was mainly used as just a place to sleep as we moved back and forth, as well as a place for our older dog to relax while we took our young pup with us. It looks like the house has been recently renovated, and was done well. The upstairs is absolutely perfect for a very small party with dogs. There's a tuck under garage for one car, a couple of decks, fenced back yard, etc. We'd definitely stay here again. For anyone that would use it for a stay during an event at Purina, it's a solid choice. The neighborhood is very quiet and my wife walked the dogs early morning and loved it. We're looking forward to renting again for future holidays!
