Relax with family and pets in this cheerful and clean Frisco town home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, attached 2 car garage and small privacy fenced area. Centrally located just off the 121 and Dallas Parkway. Within minutes to Frisco Square, sports venues, medical centers, shopping, and great places to eat. The perfect Frisco getaway whether traveling for work, needing a temporary stay during home renovations, or in-town for family vacation.

Sleep: The Frisco Getaway sleeps 6 comfortably with 3-Queen beds all with memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Cook: The fully equipped kitchen has oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and Mr Coffee makers, and full size refrigerator. Please bring your own favorite K-pods. Full in-unit laundry room is situated off the kitchen.

Relax: The living room with Roku TV and electric fireplace is great place for relaxing and hanging out.

Work: Two guestrooms have dedicated workspace with high speed Internet for video calls and privacy for focused work.

PETS: our home is pet friendly and 2 pets are allowed subject to a pet fee. We may consider 3 small dogs upon request. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless crated/kenneled.

For dog walks check-out Cottonwood Creek greenbelt or Ranger Loop Trail or Frisco Commons park. All excellent paths for walking, running, or biking.

Security: We have 2 outdoor security cameras, one in front and one in back of town home, to monitor front entry and garage driveway & alley. They will remain active during your stay.

Super clean and cozy

I was impressed with how clean this home was when we arrived. We had plenty of space for our family. The available wifi was stong, allowing us to work from this home when we needed to. The home os located in a great location and all of the fun things to do in Frisco are just minutes away.

Christmas away from home

We were not able to spend Christmas at home in San Antonio, due to our daughter having to work on Christmas eve and Christmas day in Mc Kinney. So we brought Christmas to her. It was great to be in a home setting and made it feel like home away from home. The Town home was clean, safe and comfortable. Thank you for helping us make memories with our family.

A New Way to Stay

While familiar with the concept, our first opportunity to engage with VRBO occurred following the recent sale of our home. Aware the chaos being generated moving all our possessions would contribute to an already stressful situation, we quickly located a suitable site within the same city, the process from start to finish simply executed. In short order we had conferred with the hosts and checked in without delay. Our stay was restful and while, not perfect, issues were resolved when identified, our hosts responsive throughout our stay using VRBO’s internal email. Note that every host sets the terms governing your stay so would recommend doing your research, asking for clarification when uncertain (e,g, security deposit return guidelines). Regardless, an overall enjoyable experience.

Almost there

You can tell this was a recently flipped property so there was a lot of little things that’s could’ve been cleaner or updated . Soft spots in the floor from water damage . There was mold around some of the vent casings paint solatter on the floor . The air conditioner / heater didn’t run properly hot upstairs the door casing was all messed up and a big draft was comiunderneath the door freezing down stairs
