Clean and convenient. Super close to the lake. Within walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. Boat parking. Only complaint was the beds were not comfortable. We prefer much softer beds.

Great place to stay!

Loved this property! It was the perfect size for my family and sisters family to stay. Great location and clean. My only complaint is the beds were hard, but overall a fantastic place to stay!

Great place at Bear Lake

Beautiful townhouse with clean, comfortable rooms. Adding a few fans would be nice for air circulation on those hot July stays. We will be back to stay in the future!!

Good location, close to marina, plenty of room. Insufficient AC, upstairs rooms were consistently warm/uncomfortable, even with cooler night temps and open windows it never really cooled down. One improvement would be to trash all the counter clutter/useless decor (it looks like they are trying to stage a house to sell, which isn’t practical for short term renters, it just became clutter to work around) and leave bare or replace with practical items like Kleenex tissue and hand soap in bathrooms. Also the upstairs rooms need some box fans and standing fans for the heat issue.
