Our 400 square foot unit includes;

ā€¢ 2 King Beds
ā€¢ Kitchenette with Microwave, mini fridge, toaster, plates, glasses and utensils
ā€¢ Free Wi-fi for General surfing. Not recommended for work
ā€¢ Central Air Conditioning
ā€¢ Room darkening curtains
ā€¢ Keurig coffee machine with a couple of K-cups to get you started

Does NOT include Stove and you will not have access to laundry. Additional towels can only be supplied with cleaning services at additional cost. Four full sets of towels included with stay.

Please note; This is a hotel room layout. There is no Kitchen, it is a Kitchenette and you will not have access to laundry facilities. I do not recommend this unit for any stay over (7) Seven days. For longer stays I recommend one of Suites that are also listed under my profile. They have kitchens and in unit laundry.

A car is recommended to explore the Orlando area.

Universal Visit

Overall, just as advertised. Really appreciated the free parking and how close it is to Universal. The privately owned rooms at a hotel thing is a little odd, but is just a way to get around local ordinances that outlaw private residence rentals that might compete with the theme park hotels. This particular one is nice and is much like a large hotel room, except there is a kitchenette and does not have daily maid service. Heed the owners warning that it is not recommended for more than a week. After a few days, the towels and trash start to backup and the sheets start to feel like they need a cleaning, but the kitchenette with little fridge and coffee maker is great.

Loved this great location in Orlando!

This property was beautiful and clean! The in-room amenities, as well as the property amenities, were everything - and more - needed for making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun! (Iā€™ve never seen a room with two king size beds!) Communication with Tom was great - always a quick, informative reply. Check out was even easier! The pool area and bar were a plus - drinks and food prices were reasonable. A spa, pool table, foosball and gym were on site, as well as in-room massages offered! This property is close to main routes, great restaurants, activities, and shopping. Iā€™d definitely book again with Tom!
