Nestled on a secluded cove beach, this newly renovated Caribbean home appreciates all that the Chalk Sound National Park has to offer.

This five bedroom home is equipped with a movie theater, guest house, beach front cabana and a grand-fathered dock. 18’ door ways allow for nearly 180 degrees of turquoise serenity.

The perfect white-sand beach is surrounded by colorful snorkeling areas, grotto, and enough space for the family to take in the breathtaking view, speckled with uninhabited islands, from sunrise to sunset. This vacation home has numerous pockets of lounge areas throughout, for enjoying the Turks and Caicos lifestyle. The beach-front cabana also provides unobstructed views, 15’ above the pristine waters of Chalk Sound.

A 6 ft gas strut window found in the chef’s kitchen allows for ease of entertaining and breath-taking views at breakfast. Chef’s kitchen is equipped with all Cafe GE appliances including a 6 burner stove with griddle and dual fuel double oven. The outdoor kitchen is fitted with a large Komodo grill, refrigerator, ice maker, and ocean views.

The movie theater includes five lazy boy chairs with charging capability and drink holder. The study has an ensuite bathroom and queen size sofa bed. The children’s room has a twin bunk bed, while the guest bedroom has a king bed and double closet with an ensuite bathroom.

The master bathroom has blue ocean views from the bed, double sink, de fogging 72” mirror, copper free standing tub, and private wash room. Our guest house has a king bed and smart TV, full private deck, private entrance, plunge pool, and kitchen.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront property in Turks and Caicos. Our group included four families with young children, and the house was perfect for all of us.The property was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. The layout worked beautifully for multiple families — plenty of space for everyone to spread out, while still having great common areas where we could gather together.The beachfront location truly made the trip special. Being able to walk straight out to the sand each morning with the kids was unbeatable. It made beach days effortless and relaxing for both parents and little ones.The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. It’s rare to find a property that feels both luxurious and family-friendly, but this one absolutely delivered.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling together.

Very nice stay

The home is very well laid out. It ia great for kids and multiple families. I'm sure mist of the year it is not needed, but a pool heater would be nice for a January stay.

Little slice of heaven.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The small private beach and the pools were definitely worth it. We traveled with 9 of us and there was definitely enough room. This is a great place for kids, the house is lived in and clearly you can tell the owner has kids so it definitely took some stress off since we were traveling with 5 kids! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Memorial Day Vaca

Great location and a good property. The weather was warm and the A/C in the rooms worked nicely. Just a heads up that the central rooms/kitchen don’t have A/C but with the nice cross breezes, the house is designed to be opened up each morning to let the air move through. Once we figured that out, it was a much more comfortable experience. Would definitely book again if we decide to visit T/C again.
