We like trying to think of the next thing to make the house feel like home for holiday and everyday cooking and dining (if you should decide you want to), BBQing, and enjoying the pool and the outdoors. We're nice, friendly, everyday people.

It's a gem!! People always say that. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy some peaceful time to yourself, or go out and enjoy the nightlife.

What makes this property unique

I so value the lovely neighborhood away from all the noise, but so close to all the amenities. I like how you can relax in the kitchen area and watch friends and family out at the pool through the huge bay window and feel a part of it, or pull the shades and not see them! The room darkening shades in the bedrooms let you sleep in if your schedule and family allow, I love the large TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room, the huge, cozy couch, and the brightness and openness of the layout of the house.
