Other Things to Note:
The Roku is set up in Guest Mode. Each guest is required to enter the check-out date and the Roku will reset all the settings on that day and make it ready for the next guest. The Roku remote control operates the TV. However, the TV control is accessible as needed.
We have a tankless water heater. It takes a few secs to get hot water when it hasn't been used for a while.
The porch and the patio lights operate from Dusk to Dawn. The switches can remain on.
We have Ring cameras and Ring doorbells installed on the exterior of the house.
The washer and dryer are stacked and shaken when in use. No need to be alarmed.
We have a Tyson vacuum in the laundry. The vacuum works great, however, to stop it sometime the battery needs to be pushed in or pressed again the handle.
