*Late checkout must be approved 24 hours in advance.  If check out is late without prior approval, a fee of $25 per half-hour will apply, charged at the top of each half-hour past your check out time*
*If the visitor parking pass was used, please return it to the unit prior to check out. There is a $200 fee for a missing/damaged visitor parking pass*
We work hard to provide a comfortable stay, and earlier check-ins.  **If you check-out early, please let us know so we can start cleaning and preparing for the next guest**
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $25 per half hour fee (charged at the top of the half-hour) late check outs requested on the day of check out
No parties. A party or loud excessive noise and neighborhood disturbance will result in immediate termination
Tampering with the cameras will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund

Great spot in Midtown

Cute place for a single or couple. Convenient to all the fun spots in Midtown. We appreciated all the little extras from the host-snacks, coffee pods, toiletries.
