Adorable 3rd story (36 steps) condo located right in the center of everything! With easy access to golf, hiking, the Phoenix Zoo, Phoenix airport, shopping and more. Featuring North/South exposures, 9ft ceilings, covered balcony, washer, dryer and refrigerator! The complex features a heated community pool & spa, work-out facility and walking paths.
****Walking up and down three flights of stairs (36 steps) is necessary as there is no elevator****. Please ensure you are comfortable with getting some extra vertical steps in before reserving. :-)
