Couldn’t have picked a better place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleasant and comfortable. This town home is very new and clean. Loved that it has 3 full bathrooms and extra room/sitting area in garage. Highly recommend.

It was a short drive to everything! Only a few minutes to downtown Asheville or the Biltmore estate. The check in process was so easy, and the management was so accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Asheville!

OK but...

Not bad but in a cookie cutter neighborhood on a main road. No firepit, as advertised, and 2 dead trees in the yard. Parking for 2 cars is very tight.

Review

Overall, the location and stay were excellent. The beds were comfortable and having three complete bathrooms worked very well for our group. However, you need better seating in the living room and the extra space in the rec room was too musty smelling to use. The dining table needs proper seating for six at least. The bench seating was worthless, you might as well of been sitting on a sawhorse.
