Charming & Private Santa Cruz Cottage 3 Blocks from the Beach

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage only 3 blocks from Twin Lakes State Beach. The recently updated kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The queen master bedroom has a smart TV and bathroom with tub, shower and laundry area. 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. Linens, towels and wi-fi are provided.

Neatly landscaped and fully enclosed front yard with lounge seating on the deck, gas BBQ, hammock in the garden, outdoor fireplace, and large teak dining table on the patio. Tropical outdoor shower with warm water. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas are provided, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.

The cottage is close to the Yacht Harbor and Crow's Nest restaurant. It's located at the end of the street with plenty of parking and privacy. The yard is fully enclosed so pets are safe. We are happily pet friendly.
